Chapter I

What We Do

We are a broker. We own no factory and hold no stock — we match your order to a vetted producer and see it through to shipment.

№ 1

For buyers

Send a design or spec. We find the maker, negotiate the FOB price, arrange the sample and inspect before shipment.

№ 2

For makers

Confirmed export orders from real buyers — clear specs, agreed timelines, structured payments.

№ 3

For both sides

One correspondent through deposit, production, inspection, balance and shipment. Nothing hidden.

i.

Sourcing & supplier matching

The right producer for your product, quantity and price point.

ii.

Made-to-order production

Your design, sampled and approved by you first, then produced.

iii.

Quality inspection

Pre-shipment check against the approved sample, with photos, before the balance is paid.

iv.

Private label & OEM

Your brand and packaging, made by partner producers.

v.

Export & logistics coordination

FOB documents and coordination with your freight forwarder, factory gate to vessel.

vi.

Market entry for producers

Your offer carried to the right buyer desks in the US, EU, UK and Canada.

Caps & Home Textiles

Bangladesh exported $639M of caps in 2023–24, about two-thirds to the US — while its ~$1B towel and linen mills sell America only a fraction. That gap is the opportunity.

  • Terry towels
  • Bed linen
  • Kitchen textiles

First orders: caps from 500–2,000 pcs per style; textiles by programme or container.

  • Wallets & card holders
  • Bags & belts
  • Leather + jute
  • Knit & woven apparel
  • Private-label programmes

Signature direction: jute with vegetable-tanned leather.

Straight Answers

What it costs, and the questions every buyer asks.

The Commission, Computed

5–10% of the FOB value, fixed in writing before production. Try your order size:

Enter an FOB value to see the commission on a typical order.

Illustration only — the exact rate depends on the product line and is settled in the order agreement.

Questions, Answered

Are you a manufacturer, or a broker?

A broker and production coordinator. No factory, no stock — we match your order to a vetted producer and conduct it to shipment.

Who is the importer of record?

You are. The goods and the import entry stay in your name; our commission is for the bridge, disclosed in advance.

What is the smallest order?

Caps from 500–2,000 pcs per style; natural fibre in mixed trial batches; ceramics and textiles by programme or container. Ask — if it can’t be made well, we’ll say so.

Can I send my own design?

Yes — that is the heart of the house. Drawings, photos or a physical reference; sampled first, approved by you, then produced.

How is payment arranged?

Deposit before production, balance after the pre-shipment inspection passes — written into the agreement before any money moves.
